Senior Analyst, Clinical Finance and Operations

Responsibilities

• Generate reporting and data analytics on clinical practice metrics including visit volumes, charges, payments, wRVUs, and patient access indicators
• Participate in the development of annual productivity metrics for the department and individual faculty
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports documenting progress against productivity targets and identify performance gaps
• Support the business planning process for faculty recruitment through clinical activity analysis and scenario development
• Perform ad hoc analysis of clinical services to assess operational productivity and financial performance
• Maintain databases for outpatient schedules, clinics, and inpatient service line coverage
• Present and review key performance metrics during monthly practice manager meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
• Four years of related professional experience
• Proficient or advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Proficient in the use of EPIC generated data
• Highly skilled in MS Word
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinical revenue cycle management
• Experience with practice operations
