Senior Analyst, Client Reporting & Fee Billing

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of client reporting and fee billing outputs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines.
• Generate, review, and validate valuation, investment, performance, and fee reports in line with client agreements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for reporting and billing to resolve complex transactions and queries.
• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed Service Level Documents (SLDs), SLAs, and KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit expectations.
• Identify process inefficiencies or manual dependencies and propose continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Custody, and Technology, to ensure high service quality.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Investment Management, Asset Management, or Investment Banking Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of financial instruments, capital markets, and trade lifecycle concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
