Senior Analyst - CIO

Responsibilities

• Manage all Contract and Invoice Operations processes for assigned clusters
• Perform quality assurance for relevant Contract & Invoice Operations activities
• Liaise with cluster sales representatives to understand payment context, terms, and activation status
• Coordinate with the OTC shared service centre to facilitate invoice payments
• Communicate directly with customers regarding invoicing-related issues
• Ensure 100% compliance across all invoicing and audit areas
• Develop and implement invoicing process strategies in collaboration with Sales
• Report on Cash on Metrics

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) fundamentals
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in dispute management processes
• Proven experience working within a shared service centre environment
• Excellent business English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with high precision and accuracy
• Awareness of internal controls and risk management
