Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with traders and global finance teams to summarize monthly financial outcomes and articulate earnings and cash flow performance
• Act as a liaison between Corporate Finance and PSAT, translating Mark to Market trading results into US GAAP corporate earnings impacts
• Leverage systems like SRA and SAP to identify value capture and working capital optimization opportunities
• Support deal structuring and evaluation by providing historical financial insights and testing model assumptions
• Lead cross-functional projects from scope development through execution and risk mitigation

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in financial reporting for Trading, Midstream, or Downstream sectors
• 10 years of experience in FR&A, planning, or a similar field
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP and trading systems such as SRA or Endur
• Strong initiative and ability to drive operational results

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA and/or CPA designation
• Proven ability to translate GAAP results into mark-to-market trader performance
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for senior leadership
• Demonstrated experience in influential leadership or guiding cross-functional teams
