Senior Analyst, CEO Office

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external data to identify market trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Build commercial models, reports, and summaries to support decision-making by the CEO and co-founders
• Identify and prioritize new revenue opportunities and business models
• Support revenue generation by preparing commercial proposals, pricing analyses, and client-facing materials
• Manage the pipeline of strategic opportunities and drive them toward closure
• Prepare briefing notes, slide decks, and materials for executive meetings with partners and investors
• Take ownership of cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Product, Finance, and Clinical teams
• Conduct targeted research on competitors, markets, and healthcare innovation trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Business, or Statistics)
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Strong business acumen with the ability to grasp commercial logic quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
• Ability to operate at a C-level pace with high accountability and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships
