Senior Analyst, Business Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate operational risk across Global Banking and Markets by strengthening Front Office control design and effectiveness.
• Design, implement, and strengthen risk and control frameworks, including Compliance Risk and Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSA).
• Coordinate analyses of operational risk events (losses, gains, and near-misses) to identify underlying causes and formulate remediation action plans.
• Partner across the three lines of defense to drive consistent risk identification, assessment, and issue remediation.
• Support regulatory and audit engagements through coordinated, accurate, and timely responses.
• Develop and provide training to business line personnel on non-financial risks, controls, and supervisory procedures.
• Collaborate with Technology and Support Functions to manage IT and data risks, including third-party dependencies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Capital Markets Trading Floor, Front Office, Finance, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and/or Transaction Banking processes.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and the latest industry laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate consensus among stakeholders.
• Ability to network and collaborate with subject matter experts to draft Business Risk Management documentation.
