Senior Analyst - Business Operations

About the Company

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. We are a fast-growing, in-person team in New York City, recently raised a $15M Series A led by Footwork and Y Combinator.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise CPG accounts, serving as a trusted advisor on business process optimization and software adoption
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and training to ensure successful customer go-lives
• Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders including finance directors and COOs
• Translate complex workflows like forecasting, trade promotion, and retail accounting into clear product requirements
• Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize features based on customer needs and market gaps

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or CPG finance
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• High ownership mindset with ability to execute end-to-end
• Willingness to work in-office in NYC 5 days/week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CPG, retail, or consumer finance
• Familiarity with forecasting, AOPs, or financial planning workflows
• Knowledge of syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, SPINS)
• Exposure to trade promotion management or CPG accounting
• Experience working closely with product or engineering teams
