About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of all Business Continuity (BC) operations and program elements.
- Coordinate the development and maintenance of BC plans across the enterprise.
- Manage BC-related data in the Fusion platform to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Support processes for evaluating plan effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop regular reporting for senior management regarding BC initiatives and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain policies, standards, and processes in alignment with Ally Policy and FFIEC standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure BC program elements align with business objectives.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in business continuity or a similar risk management discipline.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of BC framework and methodology (e.g., BIA, Testing and Validation, Plan Maintenance).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications
- Business continuity certification.
- Experience with GRC applications or Business Continuity platforms (e.g., Archer, Fusion).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong data management and analysis skills with the ability to synthesize information for executive leadership.
