Senior Analyst – Business Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design and develop executive-level dashboards that synthesize complex data into clear, compelling visualizations to drive business decisions.
• Generate strategic insights from dashboards and data assets to provide recommendations for media campaigns.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on media performance measurement at the channel, partner, and audience levels.
• Support measurement and analytics initiatives, including attribution, test-and-learn frameworks, and incrementality assessments.
• Refresh existing reports and identify opportunities to enhance BI tools and dashboard structures.
• Partner with marketing, media, and commercial stakeholders to answer key business questions and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics or dashboard development.
• Proficiency with analytical tools including SQL, Snowflake, Excel (formulas and pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Extensive expertise in omnichannel marketing concepts, including cross-channel optimization and media metrics.
• Proven experience working with omnichannel datasets such as Digital Engagement and Media/Campaign Engagement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Python (Jupyter Notebooks).
• Experience with pharmaceutical datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva CRM, or Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts like descriptive statistics and probability distributions.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry functions including development, manufacturing, and sales.
