Senior Analyst – Business Analytics

Responsibilities

• Create and refresh dashboards to synthesize and visualize key information for business decision-making
• Generate actionable insights from existing dashboards and perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on partner sales data
• Develop industry-leading analytics and reporting capabilities using advanced tools and automation
• Collaborate with Digital teams to enhance data access and improve data quality and availability
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all analytics requirements and maintain metrics as per business needs
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dashboards and provide training on analytical tools
• Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality coordination with global stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant work experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics and dashboard development
• Proficiency with analytical tools including PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake, and Smartsheet
• Expert knowledge of Excel and proficiency in VBA
• Experience working with pharmaceutical data sources and CRM systems (e.g., IQVIA, Veeva, Salesforce, Symphony, or Komodo)
• Strong understanding of relational database technologies and concepts
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and automation using advanced statistical techniques
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
