Senior Analyst- Broking

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day servicing to a portfolio of large corporate and international clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Process endorsements, certificates, invoices, and policy documents with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor service levels and proactively resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Support Team Leads in identifying client business needs and exploring cross-selling opportunities.
• Assist in the development of client strategies, proposals, and service expansion initiatives.
• Maintain client data files, service records, and meeting minutes in accordance with Willis Excellence Model standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to local regulatory requirements and WTW internal guidelines.
• Liaise with Global Offices and local carriers to ensure consistent coverage and service for clients.
• Coordinate with specialists, consultants, and industry experts across WTW segments to provide a streamlined client experience.

Requirements

• Hold BCP, PGI, and ComGI certifications.
• Strong understanding of the (re)insurance market, including trends and carrier capabilities.
• Proven ability to prepare professional client and prospect presentations.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure to meet service delivery deadlines.
• Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to understand complex business problems.
• Self-motivated and independent approach to delivering high-quality results.
• Awareness of, or possession of, relevant local regulatory licenses and permissions.
