Senior Analyst, Brand Strategy and Measurement

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional marketing and media teams to define measurement priorities and KPIs
• Develop structured testing roadmaps across channels and campaigns
• Design measurement programs including incrementality testing, geo holdouts, and brand lift studies
• Translate complex analyses into compelling narratives to inform investment decisions
• Manage KAYAK's global brand tracking program and vendor coordination
• Monitor key marketing and business performance indicators to identify trends and risks

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or paid media
• Experience evaluating marketing performance across digital and offline channels
• Familiarity with incrementality testing, attribution, or media mix modeling (MMM)
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python
• Experience working with external agencies or research vendors
• Background in consumer technology or travel industries
