Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Private Bank and Wealth Management (PBWM) through day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Manage credit operations activities while ensuring strict adherence to established controls, policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain high service standards.
• Prepare performance reports and presentations for internal senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate PBWM processes across the bank.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions, discrepancies, and stakeholder queries in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of credit operations and related banking processes.
• Deep understanding of operational controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage own workload and take responsibility for implementing systems and processes.
• Experience in performing control checks and monitoring operational activities to mitigate risk.
