Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations using data-led insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities and capacity creation through management information.
• Create reports and presentations on performance and optimization to communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
• Identify industry trends and provide recommendations for change within performance and optimization processes.
• Develop and implement analytics and reporting to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
• Lead and supervise team members, guiding professional development and coordinating resources.
• Manage risk and strengthen controls in relation to assigned work, ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of banking products, process mapping, and automation.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and ServiceNow.
• Technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Python, and Data Management.
• Experience working within complex financial services business and architecture environments.
