Senior Analyst Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end IT hardware asset lifecycle from procurement through to retirement and disposal
• Track and analyze technical and financial data of company hardware assets
• Maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, including managing inventory of CIs, assets, dependencies, and attributes
• Manage warranties, renewals, and RMA processes
• Generate and distribute various reports and dashboards, including compliance reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to determine trends in asset performance
• Ensure compliance with SEZ rules, procedures, and procurement processes
• Prepare the organization for compliance audits through curated reporting and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management
• Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB and inventory management
• Experience with Power BI, dashboards, and reporting
• Working knowledge of SEZ rules and procedures
• Knowledge of the US Healthcare domain
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification
• IAITAM Certifications such as CHAMP, CSAM, CITAD, CAMSE, or CITAM
