Senior Analyst, Application Support ERP

Responsibilities

• Monitor ERP Finance systems and resolve application-related issues
• Provide production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions
• Configure and maintain ERP setups based on business requirements
• Support ERP releases, patches, and upgrades through regression and UAT testing
• Execute and validate data imports/exports using FBDI
• Develop and support basic OTBI and BI Publisher reports
• Collaborate with integration teams on data flows between ERP and external systems
• Provide Tier-2 support for user queries and assist in creating training materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
• Minimum 6+ years of ERP/Oracle Fusion Finance Application Support experience
• Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes
• Hands-on knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA) concepts
• Basic SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation
• Exposure to OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI
• Experience working in ITIL-based support models

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CA qualification
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Certification
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and integrations
