Senior Analyst, Analytics & Insights

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into well-defined analytics goals, testable hypotheses, and success metrics
• Develop and apply structured analytical frameworks such as funnel analysis, segmentation, and experimentation to solve complex problems
• Produce analytical outputs that highlight trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to enable informed business decisions
• Synthesize findings into concise recommendations, clearly communicating implications, risks, and trade-offs to various audiences
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Marketing, and Platform to influence business objectives
• Mentor and inspire junior analysts on the team

Requirements

• At least 4 years of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role
• Strong proficiency in SQL with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Experience using Tableau or other BI tools for reporting and analysis
• Proven track record of leveraging data to influence decision-making
• Good command of English, both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or R
