Senior Analyst, Analytics and Insights (Programmatic)

Responsibilities

• Act as the client-facing lead for communication campaign strategy and insight storytelling
• Design analytic and testing plans to address key business challenges
• Own campaign performance reporting and recommend optimization opportunities
• Review model performance across revenue, performance, and pacing
• Design and implement tests to evaluate model and feature performance
• Develop innovative measurement tools and solutions
• Communicate campaign optimization results to clients to prove value

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience with SQL and Excel/pivot tables
• Experience in digital media or programmatic analytics
• Experience creating audience insight reports
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with PowerPoint
• Client-facing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VBA/Excel Macros, Tableau, Python, or SAS
• Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize tech platform usage
