Senior Analyst, Analytics and Insights (Programmatic)

Responsibilities

• Act as the client-facing lead for communication campaign strategy and storytelling through data insights
• Design analytic and testing plans to address key business challenges for clients
• Own campaign performance reporting and recommend optimization opportunities
• Review model performance across revenue, performance, and pacing
• Design and implement tests to evaluate model and feature performance
• Develop innovative measurement tools and solutions
• Consult with clients on the alignment of marketing programs across online channels
• Communicate campaign optimization results to prove value against business goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience with SQL and Excel/pivot tables
• Experience in digital media or programmatic analytics
• Experience creating audience insights and campaign wrap reports
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or equivalent
• Strong presentation, visualization, and storytelling skills using PowerPoint
• Excellent professional oral and written communication skills
• Client-facing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VBA/Excel Macros, Tableau, Python, or SAS
• Ability to convey complex technical features in simple terms
• Aptitude for media strategy and contextual concept relay
