Senior Analyst/Analyst, People & Culture Enablement

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and resource work across the division while tracking and managing progress
• Ensure division-scale People & Culture programs are delivered consistently and to a high standard
• Project-support and coordinate division-wide and corporate-impact P&C initiatives from planning through implementation
• Analyze People & Culture performance against strategic objectives and key results to provide actionable recommendations
• Develop and deliver clear, business-relevant communications regarding divisional priorities and outcomes

Requirements

• Experience in a similar Human Resources or People & Culture operational role
• Proven experience with Project Management
• Strong ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• Strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, value-add results
