Senior Analyst, Affinity

Responsibilities

• Lead product analysis within consulting engagements, focusing on product strategies and structures.
• Conduct research to provide key insights and recommendations for new product development and policy language enhancements.
• Develop and deliver professional reports, presentations, and client communications.
• Collaborate with actuarial and analytical teams to support broader insights into client challenges.
• Support project management to ensure engagement timelines and integration goals are met.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency.
• Assist with new business prospecting, research, and proposal development.

Requirements

• University degree in a related discipline.
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with personal insurance lines such as travel, embedded credit card benefits, creditor insurance, home & auto, or life and health benefits.
• Hands-on experience in functional areas like product management, competitive research, strategy development, or marketing within the insurance or financial services sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically as a power user of Excel (tables, graphs, and data querying), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex data succinctly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingualism in English and French.
• Experience in consulting, strategy, or affinity business partnerships.
• Experience working with insurance contracts, policy language development, or claims adjudication.
• Hands-on knowledge and utilization of AI tools.
• Experience with dashboard analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
