Senior AML Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations to identify financial crimes, including money laundering and fraud
• File suspicious activity reports to FIUs in an effective and timely manner
• Assess and document regulatory risk based on multiple jurisdictions and countries
• Review transactions and open-source materials to assess reportable predicate offenses
• Document findings in a clear, concise narrative style format
• Exercise judgment and discretion within sensitive casework to determine required actions
• Follow established protocols to ensure the privacy of customer financial information

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of professional experience in the AML compliance field
• Strong knowledge of Financial Crime, AML, fraud, and operational procedures
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards
• Ability to work from an office in a Clean Desk policy environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience with Microsoft Office Excel application
