Senior Alumni Engagement Officer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver alumni engagement initiatives to connect graduates with Schools, students, and special interest communities
• Identify and support volunteering, mentoring, and advocacy opportunities by aligning alumni skills with School priorities
• Partner with internal academic, student, marketing, and advancement teams to raise the profile of alumni
• Contribute to the delivery of global alumni engagement initiatives to strengthen international connections

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in building lasting relationships and delivering high-quality stakeholder engagement
• Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
• Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively across diverse communities and regions
• Experience working with CRM systems and digital tools to support engagement and reporting
