Senior All-Domain Fires Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and articulate requirements and artifacts for planning and operational execution within the Indo-Pacific Joint Coalition Fires enterprise.
• Focus on integration across Services, Allies, and Partner Nations, including Special Access Programs (SAP) and Controlled Access Programs (CAP).
• Act as the primary liaison between the contractor team and JMIE government leadership to develop TTPs, CONOPs, policies, and workflows.
• Provide input on the refinement of JMIE program requirements, collection strategies, and national intelligence integration.
• Engage DoD stakeholders to support multi-domain constructive, virtual, and live experimentation of advanced warfighting capabilities.
• Monitor geopolitical events within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) to provide informed insights to customers and distinguished visitors.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
• 10+ years of military experience, including 5+ years in military staff planning, capabilities, and strategies.
• 8+ years of experience in joint kinetic and non-kinetic fires and/or targeting/intelligence.
• 3+ years of experience specifically within the INDOPACOM AOR.
• Demonstrated experience in technical research and development (R&D) projects transitioning to operational use.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and operational assessment capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Weapons School graduate.
• Graduate of Joint Targeting Course and/or Target Development Course.
• Expertise in all facets of the F2T2EA processes.
• Familiarity with JMIE and Joint Fires Network (JFN) program objectives.
• Regional expertise in the political, economic, cultural, and security dynamics of the INDOPACOM AOR.
