Senior Airport Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and expansion of airport partnerships across North America, serving as the primary contact for airport authorities, regulators, and commercial partners.
• Lead airport tenders end-to-end, including stakeholder engagement, commercial structuring, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Coordinate stakeholders across supply and demand to build and scale sustainable airport business lines.
• Drive airport capability building by working cross-functionally to define requirements and support implementation.
• Prepare strategic recommendations and decision materials for airport expansions and act as a regional subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven track record in business development, key account management, or partnership management.
• Experience in aviation, mobility, infrastructure, or other regulated industries.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and commercial negotiations with the ability to influence senior external partners.
• Strong analytical and structuring skills with an evidence-based approach to complex, ambiguous topics.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments, ideally with exposure to the North American market.
• Hands-on mindset with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
