About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspection, assembly, installation, repair, or replacement of aircraft components and systems
- Conduct operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning
- Troubleshoot malfunctions or failures in systems including fuel, hydraulics, landing gear, rotor systems, and power plants
- Ensure all completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company specifications
- Follow all OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations
- Complete all necessary forms and records pertaining to assigned maintenance work
- Participate in aircraft flight tests and interface with customers for delivery inspections
Requirements
- Minimum of six (6) years of aviation maintenance experience
- Current A&P license OR 18 months of maintenance experience on Airbus manufactured helicopters
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must be a US Person under ITAR definition (e.g., U.S. Citizen or green card holder)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with helicopter maintenance and Airbus Helicopter airframes
- Experience with Safran Turbomeca engines
