Senior AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning code using Python
• Collaborate with Engineers and Product Managers to formulate hypotheses and solutions
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on ML, Data, and AI statistical models
• Implement models in Machine Learning, Optimization, Neural Networks, and NLP
• Utilize Data Engineering techniques to gather, prepare, and transform data for AI automation
• Create prototypes and minimally viable products (MVPs)
• Deliver meaningful insights, predictions, and demonstrate business value
• Mentor and coach team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist
• Deep understanding of ML/AI algorithms including Linear Regression, Decision Trees, Neural Networks, and NLP/NLU
• 5+ years of experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or SparkML
• 4+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python, R, Scala, or Go
• Proficiency with source control systems like Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in prompt engineering and RAG system setup
• Experience with microservices and container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
• Working experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Comprehend, Lex, or EKS
• Experience troubleshooting production systems
• Understanding of CI/CD systems like Jenkins or GitLab
