Senior AI/ML Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI and Generative AI applications, systems, and infrastructure across major cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Collaborate with data engineers to build robust AI/ML models and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to industry-wide AI/ML and GenAI architectures
• Identify business opportunities where generative AI can provide significant value and create POCs/POVs
• Write high-quality, efficient, and testable code in Python
• Mentor AI engineers in coding best practices, problem-solving, and engineering standards
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, designing, testing, and deployment

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in building and deploying AI and Gen AI solutions
• Educational background: BTech, Masters, or PhD
• Proficiency in Python and strong programming skills
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration and Agentic frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, LangGraph)
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and technologies (e.g., MLFlow, Kubernetes, Databricks)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservice-based architecture for AI solutions
• Proficiency in PySpark
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Terraform
• Understanding of Responsible AI concepts and security integration within ML operations
