About the role

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement sophisticated AI/ML systems to unlock novel insights from complex audience data.
  • Lead the development, training, and validation of classical machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
  • Perform extensive data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
  • Implement rigorous model evaluation and optimization techniques to ensure production-grade performance.
  • Collaborate with MLOps and DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and manage the model lifecycle.
  • Research and apply cutting-edge advancements in Computer Vision, Transformers, and Multi-Modal LLMs.
  • Document methodologies and communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a strong focus on Computer Vision.
  • Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
  • Demonstrable experience with Multi-Modal Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Solid understanding of MLOps principles and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
  • Full Stack Development experience in at least one technology stack.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including Git, testing, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Generative AI models.
  • Track record of publications in top-tier AI/ML or Computer Vision conferences/journals.
  • Experience with video processing, analysis techniques, or working with sports data.
  • Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with distributed computing tools such as Apache Spark or Kafka.
