Senior AI/ML Architect

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert positioning Snowflake’s AI and ML features to technical stakeholders across the APJ region
• Partner with account teams to scope and drive POCs to successful technical wins and business value cases
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence AI and ML roadmaps based on customer feedback
• Publish technical content including blog posts, conference presentations, notebooks, and demos
• Maintain Sales Engineering AI and ML assets such as presentations and customer stories
• Help customers adopt AI/ML use cases on the Snowflake platform

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions in the cloud
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, Feature Store, Model Deployment, and Model Observability
• Knowledge of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning
• Deep proficiency in Python and ML packages like LangChain, pandas, sklearn, and PyTorch
• Experience with data engineering tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Spark
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in CS, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the LLM ecosystem (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Experience with IaaS platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• 1+ years of practical Snowflake experience
• Experience with large-scale database technology
• Previous experience in quota-carrying roles
