Senior AI/LLM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM-powered agentic systems end-to-end from experimentation to production
• Build retrieval and context pipelines including RAG and hybrid search
• Develop evaluation and monitoring systems to measure AI performance in production

Requirements

• Proven track record of building complex AI/LLM-powered systems in production
• Proficiency in Python
• High agency and a product-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack development (React, TypeScript, FastAPI)
• Experience designing systems for large volumes of unstructured data
