Senior AI/LLM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM-powered systems including RAG, fine-tuning, and multi-agent orchestration
• Develop agentic workflows for automation and reasoning
• Build and scale solutions on the Azure AI stack (Azure OpenAI, AI Studio, Azure ML)
• Create reusable infrastructure such as prompt orchestration layers and vector search pipelines
• Implement AI safety guardrails and evaluation frameworks
• Optimize systems for performance, cost, and reliability

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with the Azure AI ecosystem
• Experience building production-grade AI systems on cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel
• Deep understanding of LLMs, transformer-based models, and embeddings
• Experience designing end-to-end RAG pipelines and vector search strategies
• Experience with agent-based systems and workflow orchestration
• Understanding of AI safety, governance, and hallucination mitigation

Preferred Qualifications

• LLMOps or MLOps experience including CI/CD and experiment tracking
• Experience with performance and cost optimization such as caching and model routing
