Senior AI Value Delivery & Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor orchestrating Value Realization Onboarding Sprints to get customers to magic milestones within 20-30 days.
• Own the critical path from contract signature through early value realization for a portfolio of 7-10 strategic customers.
• Serve as connective tissue between Sales, Product, and Engineering to turn field learnings into scalable playbooks.
• Continuously assess and enhance processes, infrastructure, and technology to increase post-sales scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Background in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or enterprise-scale UX/Transformation/Ops roles.
• Proven ability to advise VPs and C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of operational design and process engineering.
• Ability to think abstractly across executive facilitation, user journey design, and product experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma experience.
• Technical skills such as coding, creating apps, or writing workflows.
• Deep experience partnering with engineering and product teams.
