Senior AI Technical Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Drive technical strategy and oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects from ideation to production.
• Guide and mentor AI engineering and data science teams, promoting best practices in model development and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure AI strategy aligns with organizational objectives and ethical standards.
• Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and select state-of-the-art AI frameworks, tools, and platforms to accelerate modernization.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including model interpretability, fairness, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 15+ years of experience within Cybersecurity.
• 10+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• Prior experience in Military and USCC environments.
• Expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and experience in large PI events.
• Expertise in Title 10.
• Prior SIGINT experience.
• IAT Level 2 or 3 Certifications.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• Intelligence Community (IC) experience.
