Senior AI Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal AI Success Manager in building meaningful relationships across customer organizations
• Collaborate with implementation and data science teams to drive the success of AI use cases
• Partner closely with the sales team to drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities
• Act as a strategic partner to guide customers in maximizing business value from Braze AI
• Conduct data-driven analyses using Excel and SQL to communicate business impact and customer insights
• Synthesize customer needs and communicate them to product and marketing teams to influence the roadmap

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement
• Ability to travel up to 20% to meet with customers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and solve complex challenges
• Highly organized with the ability to structure plans and align multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Strategy Consulting
• Familiarity with data science or machine learning concepts
