Senior AI Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to design and execute AI use cases that maximize business value
• Build meaningful relationships across customer organizations to drive renewals and expansions
• Collaborate with implementation and data science teams to ensure successful AI product adoption
• Conduct data-driven analyses using Excel and SQL to communicate business impact and insights
• Act as the voice of the customer by communicating needs to Braze product and marketing teams
• Develop strategic mappings of Braze's value proposition to address specific customer pain points

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Ability to travel up to 20% to meet with customers
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to executive stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Strategy Consulting
• Familiarity with data science or machine learning concepts
