Senior AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute LVT’s AI adoption strategy and own the roadmap of AI initiatives
• Develop and own internal AI policy frameworks and governance standards
• Audit and rationalize AI capabilities across the existing tech stack
• Build and deploy RAG pipelines and Cortex-based models
• Architect AI strategy at the intersection of automation platforms like Workato and Oracle Integration Cloud
• Design AI components embedded within automation flows
• Champion AI literacy and adoption across the organization
• Communicate AI strategy and progress to executive leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping LLM-based systems in production
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agent frameworks
• Proficiency with prompt engineering at scale
• Understanding of enterprise automation platforms (Workato, OIC, or equivalent)
• Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake or Cortex
• Experience developing AI governance frameworks or usage policies
• Ability to work in-office at headquarters in American Fork, Utah
