Senior AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions tailored to strategic and operational needs
• Identify and propose improvements to existing systems using AI
• Ensure model robustness and scalability through rigorous testing and validation
• Conduct in-depth studies on algorithmic bias and propose innovative reduction solutions
• Perform technological monitoring and anticipate trends in the AI field
• Document processes and support internal teams in adopting developed solutions

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, AI, or software development
• Minimum 8 years of experience in AI, including development and production projects
• Proven success in optimizing and deploying large-scale AI solutions
• Expert proficiency in Python (C or Java is a plus)
• Mastery of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with data management and processing tools (SQL, pandas, Spark)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for model deployment
• Strong knowledge of applied mathematics (statistics, linear algebra) and optimization
• Ability to implement MLOps pipelines for end-to-end AI project management
