Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain production AI agents that automate enterprise workflows and augment employee productivity
• Serve as the hands-on expert for Anthropic’s Claude platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio
• Build custom agents, connectors, and extensions that integrate with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Design multi-step agent architectures including tool use, retrieval (RAG), memory, and orchestration across multiple models
• Build and maintain evaluation harnesses, including offline evaluations, regression tests, and production telemetry
• Partner with security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure agents meet standards for data handling and responsible AI use
• Set technical patterns and guardrails for the organization to adopt when building AI solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience with Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
• 2+ years of experience building LLM-powered applications or agents in production
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with frontier LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google, or Azure OpenAI)
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, payments, or other highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph APIs and Azure AI services
• Working knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models
• Experience building and publishing MCP servers
• Background in information security, identity, or threat detection
• Experience with LLM observability and evaluation frameworks like Braintrust, Langfuse, or Arize
