Senior AI Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Engineer production-grade machine learning solutions from business requirements to industrialization
• Take ownership of technical decisions, architecture, and lifecycle management including MLOps and model serving
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, service deployment, orchestration, and containerization
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and product teams to scale AI products globally
• Ensure all AI solutions align with security, governance, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Strong programming skills with Python
• Hands-on experience with cloud engineering platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Solid experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Podman, Terraform)
• Strong experience with CI/CD (Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions), deployment strategies, and git branching
• Deep understanding of data science, machine learning, AI, and mathematical statistics
• Experience with microservices architecture and API development

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including retrieval, prompt engineering, and evaluation
• Experience delivering ML/AI in regulated environments with strict governance and audit requirements
• Domain expertise in vehicle data, diagnostics, telematics, or quality and warranty analytics
• Leadership experience, such as mentoring practitioners or owning end-to-end ML products
