Senior AI Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality solutions to complex technical problems faced by customers
• Manage and optimize APIs within cloud-native environments
• Transform ambiguous requirements into actionable, high-impact tasks
• Propose ambitious and innovative solutions to drive product development
• Uphold best practices for codebase health and maintainability
• Mentor team members through code and design reviews
• Participate in the engineering hiring process

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 2+ years of experience with Containers, Kubernetes, and Golang
• Proven experience building and deploying server-side software in production environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Istio or other service mesh platforms
• Experience working with proxies such as Envoy Proxy
• Experience building Kubernetes controllers and operators
• Familiarity with Agentic frameworks and protocols (ADK, MCP, A2A)
• Experience with GlooShot
• Experience implementing or using the Kubernetes Gateway API
