Senior AI Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Capture requirements and aid in structured planning with mission stakeholders
• Introduce AI/ML tooling to improve processes
• Develop tools and techniques including fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLM)
• Design, develop, and maintain LLM orchestration frameworks
• Develop and optimize data for LLM consumption
• Architect and deploy networked AI tools within secure enclaves
• Conduct performance profiling, optimization, and scalability analysis of mission systems
• Support security assessments and authority to operate (ATO) processes

Requirements

• TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field with 8 years of experience (or equivalent combination of degree and experience)
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with LLM integration and data engineering
• Experience with static analyzers, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, and relational and vector databases
• Familiarity with Agile, Git, Jira, and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with RUST, Claude Code, and Codex
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD) practices
