Senior AI Software Engineer

About the Company

Mighty is building the AI advocate for the 99%. We are creating a free, AI-powered platform that provides consumers with the clarity, valuation, and negotiation power they need to manage personal injury claims without being taken advantage of by large insurers.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated AI agents to ingest medical records and police reports for instant valuations
• Architect systems to facilitate communication and negotiation with insurers
• Engineer robust pipelines to extract and reason through unstructured data from documents
• Establish evaluation and monitoring frameworks to ensure AI outputs are accurate, trustworthy, and empathetic

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven track record of shipping production software
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI
• Understanding of RAG, prompt chaining, and model evaluation
• Ability to work in-person at our NYC office
