Senior AI Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in SaaS and AI platform structures, identity, and access to translate into detection and posture logic
• Identify novel ways to use telemetry for new signals, correlations, and catching misconfigurations
• Advise the engineering team on critical security controls to prioritize product development
• Prototype new detection approaches using SQL and Python to validate ideas
• Track evolving threats against SaaS and AI platforms to maintain security coverage
• Debug security-related issues in customer environments using data fluency and security judgment

Requirements

• 4+ years in cybersecurity focusing on SaaS, cloud security, identity systems, or application security
• Proven track record of original security thinking (research, red teaming, bug bounty, or product security)
• Deep understanding of SaaS platform internals including API structures, permission models, and authentication flows
• Solid SQL and Python skills for querying large datasets and prototyping detection logic
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to engineering audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/LLM platforms (ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, Gemini, Claude) from a security perspective
• Familiarity with dbt, Clickhouse, or Databricks
• Experience in product security or security research at a security vendor
• Published research, CVEs, conference talks, or bug bounty work
