Senior AI Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal champion for Claude AI adoption and evangelize its value across the organization
• Build agentic workflows, design AI automations, and prototype solutions using APIs and prompt engineering
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops for various departments
• Partner with department heads to identify workflows where AI can drive efficiency and innovation
• Collaborate with IT and InfoSec teams to evaluate and safely deploy new AI platforms
• Own the roadmap for internal AI adoption and track deployment progress and usage metrics
• Conduct market research to identify emerging AI tools and trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management
• 1-2 years of experience incorporating AI
• Proven experience designing and deploying agentic workflows or AI automations
• Deep knowledge of the Claude ecosystem
• Experience collaborating with IT or InfoSec teams regarding data privacy and security
• Strong presentation and communication skills for non-technical audiences
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
