Senior AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end POI lifecycle including creation, validation, enrichment, and freshness
• Define the roadmap for the POI Portal and map editing tools
• Prioritize map features for AI automation and define acceptance criteria and accuracy targets
• Work with Data Ops to identify inefficiencies and convert them into product requirements
• Act as the requirements owner for the Data Platform and Infrastructure teams
• Design contributor experiences and quality gates for community and crowdsourcing strategies

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in GIS, mapping, marketplaces, or UGC platforms
• Experience with ML-enabled products and ops-heavy workflows
• Strong analytical mindset and experimentation culture
• Ability to translate field problems into technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across Ops, AI, and Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OSM, JOSM, or other geospatial tools
• Experience with crowdsourcing or gig platforms
• Arabic language proficiency
