Senior AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and champion a clear product vision and strategy for AI products
• Shape agentic AI products including multi-step reasoning workflows and tool orchestration
• Manage LLM challenges such as hallucinations and non-deterministic systems
• Use AI evaluation frameworks to validate and improve shipped products
• Contribute to data strategy including annotation quality and ground truth curation
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical ML capabilities
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS
• At least 2 years focused on ML or GenAI products
• Working knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation
• Experience shipping probabilistic AI products
• Ability to read Python notebooks and SQL to interrogate data
• Proven track record of managing tension between ML research and production delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, legal tech, or data/analytics platforms
• Familiarity with credit markets or debt instruments
• Experience with NLP applied to document analysis
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or multi-step AI workflows
