Senior AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship scalable ML solutions for core AdTech use cases including targeting, ranking, and measurement.
• Build and evolve the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data preparation, training, evaluation, and real-time inference.
• Develop and integrate LLM-powered features and agentic workflows to automate campaign operations and audience insights.
• Optimize ML services for high-concurrency, low-latency, and high-throughput environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to translate marketing objectives into technical solutions.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews and champion engineering rigor in testing and observability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and/or applied machine learning with a track record of shipping ML systems to production.
• Proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with big data and streaming frameworks like Spark or Kafka.
• Experience deploying ML models to cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience designing and building high-throughput, low-latency services or data pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applied to advertising.
• Experience designing agentic workflows for autonomous or semi-autonomous decision-making.
• Experience with model serving and optimization for real-time, latency-critical inference.
• Familiarity with modern data lake formats such as Apache Iceberg or Apache Hudi.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns.
