Senior AI ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct applied research in LLMs, generative AI, and multimodal models, including evaluating state-of-the-art architectures like Transformers and Diffusion Models.
• Design and implement scalable AIML pipelines using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and MLflow.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production using MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoring.
• Architect end-to-end AIML systems covering data ingestion, model training, inference, and feedback loops.
• Evaluate and integrate advanced AIML tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure secure and scalable deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and researchers while partnering with product leaders to align AI capabilities with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AIML engineering and research.
• Proven expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and deep learning.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with experiment tracking tools such as Weights & Biases or MLflow.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries like scikit-learn and Keras.
• Familiarity with AIML governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
