Senior AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop composite models for DRAM modules and deploy Virtual Process Models to link process conditions to yield outcomes
• Apply AI/ML algorithms to train robust models with sparse datasets, capturing nonlinear behaviors and high-dimensional parameter spaces
• Design smart DOEs, perform sensitivity studies, and execute response modeling to accelerate process learning
• Integrate modeling workflows with fab data, SPC, and reporting systems for closed-loop learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build ML and agentic solutions into composite models
• Communicate predictive modeling insights and findings to engineering teams to drive yield improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, MS with 3+ years, or PhD in Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong foundation in statistics, numerical methods, scientific computing, and advanced modeling techniques
• Demonstrated experience in statistical modeling, ML-based process modeling, DOE optimization, or yield analytics
• Experience applying AI/ML algorithms to engineering or physical systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical results into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the memory or semiconductor industry
• Previous experience as a Process or Process Integration (PI) engineer
• Familiarity with DRAM fabrication processes, inline metrology, and yield analysis workflows
• Experience integrating models with fab data systems, SPC platforms, or automated reporting tools
• Exposure to agentic AI solutions or advanced automation frameworks in manufacturing
